I am disgusted and disappointed. The boots arrived today but as well as the side button being off and in the box these boots have obviously BEEN WORN! The sides are scuffed and there is dirt in the ridges of the soles. This is totally unacceptable as is the declaration by the firm- Brantano that any returns must be paid for by the recipient. Do Sketchers realise that this firm are selling pre-worn stock as new? Shop please advise.
