As other reviews memtion, the ankle is fairly loose but this is not an issue for me. I wear socks and maybe dont have the skinniest ankles! I love them.

Skechers GO WALK Max Walker Sally Shoes

After owning many pairs of sketchers, I bought these. I always buy a size 7 but I had to down size as they seemed too big. I went for a size 6 which still slip up & down on the heel but I think it's the design. Not as comfortable as regular sketchers but they look nice.
