Muck Boots Wetland Pro Tall Boots

I have always bought muck boots(for the last 7years or so), my most recent pair before this purchase didn't even last for 20 outings(I didn't purchase from brantano), that seller refunded me as the quality wasn't what was expected after such light use , I'm hoping that muck boots haven't allowed their quality to slip (like many other companies), my previous muck boots before the last pair lasted 4 years and 2 years respectively, I'm hoping it was just a bad pair in relation to my last ones, if these go the same way I will be again getting a refund from brantano. I've never bought muck boots from brantano and I will say for them that service was fast and efficient, well packaged and ordered process clear and communicated well. These muck boots are probably the most comfortable muck boots I have owned to date. They fit well and I love the grip they give, I primarily use for dog walking, boots are always cleaned after use and treated monthly with the proper silicone treatment. Hopefully these will be good and I won't have cause to stop buying muck boots, if these fail likey last pair, I will not buy another pair of muck boots, for what you pay for them, the quality should be top tier. These aren't dunlops and don't have a Dunlop price tag, muck boots would do well to remember this.

the boots are damaged. I emailed you twice to arrange a refund and I got no reply to my emails. I will be contacting the CEO when I get time.
