Have you found the shoe you've been looking for? Don't have time to go to the store, or you want to be sure that the goods are available in your store? Then online ordering is what you need.
There are two options for the delivery of your shoes: in a Brantano store or at home.
Store deliveries are free of charge and for home deliveries, you will be charged £3.95 for shipping the goods to any address in the UK (excluding Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Southern Ireland).
Here is how it works:
After you have found the goods you want, select a colour and size and click on the button 'Add to shopping basket' at the top right.

You can add up to 3 different items to your shopping basket.
You will then go to your 'shopping basket', where you get an overview of the items that have already been added to your shopping basket.

Next to each item there is a link called 'remove' that you can use to remove an item from your shopping basket.
When you are satisfied with the content of your shopping basket, you can proceed to step 1 of the checkout process by clicking on the button 'store delivery' or 'home delivery', depending on where you want the goods to be delivered.
Please remember that you can have up to 3 articles in one order.
For registered users
Key in your email address and your password to continue. If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new one using the link 'Forgotten password?' and you will be sent a new one in the course of the day.
After logging in, you will be able to update the personal data you keyed in previously, before continuing with your order.
For non-registered users
If you are ordering for the first time you will have to provide your personal data.
At that stage, you can also choose to receive our promotional newsletter.
For store delivery
Based on your postcode, a store of delivery will automatically be suggested. You can however choose any one of our stores in the dropdown list.
If you are having problems selecting your nearest store in the dropdown list, click the link 'Search for a store on the map' at the top right to select a store using our store locator.

For home delivery
By default the delivery address is the same as your personal address. You can of course change the address to have your order delivered to an alternative address.

For store delivery
Check again if the data you have entered is correct and check the terms and conditions before confirming your order.

For home delivery

Check again if the data you have entered is correct and check the terms and conditions before proceeding to the secured Ogone payment platform (more information about Ogone).
On the next step you will have to key in your payment data. You can use credit or debit cards.
Confirm the payment by clicking the button 'Yes, I confirm my payment'.
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order number and an overview of the ordered goods.
You can also print out the order information for later reference.
