There are two options for picking up your shoes: you can either have them delivered for free to one of our stores, or have them delivered to the address of your choice (Home, office...).
For home deliveries, we ship to any address in the UK (excluding Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Southern Ireland).
If you want your order to be delivered to an alternative address to your own, simply type in the new address including postcode during check out.
If your goods are in stock, we will despatch them within 2 weeks using 2nd class parcel post for home deliveries.
For store deliveries, your order will be available in the store of your choice within two weeks, if your goods are in stock.
Deliveries in any Brantano store are free of charge.
For home deliveries, we charge £3.95 for shipping and handling.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not in on the day the order is delivered, a card will be put through your door explaining what action is to be taken.
Using the logon information you received after registration, you can log on to 'My Brantano'. In your online purchase history, you can get an overview of all your online orders and the current status of these orders (click on Internet orders).
