In case the goods ordered don't fit or you choose not to keep them, you can return them to us within 28 days from the date of receipt in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. There are two ways for you to do this.
You can always bring the shoes back to one of our stores where you will get a refund. If you paid by card, the store will recredit the card that was used online.
Make sure to bring back the unworn articles in their original box, with the till receipt and the delivery note.
The refund will be credited to the payment card account that was used when the payment was made online. Please ensure that you bring this card with you for returns at a store.
Alternatively, the item(s) can be sent back, Free of Charge, via the Post Office. Just re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging, apply the return label provided and remember to include the delivery note. Ensure that you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office once the goods have been sent back.
This receipt / certificate is a proof if your parcel goes missing. So please ensure that you keep it in a safe place until you have been refunded. We will make a credit adjustment directly to the card you used to buy the article(s). Your receipt / certificate for Posting comes with a unique reference number you should quote in case of a query. Without it, if your parcel goes missing, we cannot refund you.

Unfortunately, we can't cancel an order that has already been shipped to a home address. In that case you will have to return the goods to us.
