1. Brantano Footwear is a trading name of Brantano (UK) Limited (Brantano) , whose registered office is at Interlink Way West, Interlink Business Park, Bardon, Coalville, Leicester, LE67 1LD. Brantano is registered in England (no. 3472784). VAT no. 705 3160 71.
2. "Brantano" is a registered trademark in the UK and overseas. All brand names, product names, designs and copyrights used in this website are trade marks, trade names, design rights or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by Brantano for their use by any person other than the said holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
3. All orders are treated as placed and received in the United Kingdom and all contracts for the sale of goods are subject to the law of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
4. When we receive your order we will carry out validation checks, including your credit and debit card details. Once this has been done we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email to the email address you provide with your order. Our acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding contract between us in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. We reserve the right to refuse / to accept an order in whole or in part.
6. All orders are subject to availability.
7. All descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice. Brantano has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, exact colour matches are not possible over the internet and therefore actual colours may differ from what you see on the screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the product you have ordered, we operate a returns policy. (see Returns).
8. The prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT where appropriate and exclusive of delivery charges. The prices are subject to change without notice.
9. We accept payment by: Visa, Master Card, Switch or Solo. Payment will be debited from your account on the date of despatch of your purchase. [Applicable to home delivery only]
10. If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to process your order and despatch the goods to you within 2 weeks.
11. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you in your order. Delivery is made by Royal Mail and there is a delivery charge of £3.95 per order which covers postage and packing to any address within the UK (excluding Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Southern Ireland). 12. Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all moneys owed by you under this and any other contract.
13. All risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
14. You may return the goods to us for any reason within the first 28 days after delivery and we will give you an exchange or full refund at your option, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
15. [Applicable to home delivery only] To return goods to us, either
    • Use the pre-printed label that was in your order. This has a freepost return label attached. You can take your parcel to the local Post Office who will give you a receipt / certificate for posting which you can use if there is a problem
    • Return the goods to your nearest store with the delivery note and till receipt.
