Home delivery products are despatched the next working day and take around 2-3 working days using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.Please note that a door step signature is required for Home Delivery orders.
Store Delivery (Reserve on-line, pay and collect in-store)

- Items will arrive in your selected store within 10 working days.

Returns
- Items can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days providing they are returned in their original condition and with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Home Delivery items can be returned to your local store or Free by post.
- Please use the freepost returns label enclosed with your order. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office when you return your goods.
- Providing the goods are returned within 28 days in their original condition (with all labels still attached) we will offer you an exchange or refund at your option. If you choose an exchange no further delivery charges will apply. If you choose a refund this will be made to your original payment card within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded, not the delivery charge. The does not affect your cancellation rights which are detailed in our terms and conditions.
- If there is an issue with the refund process we will contact you by email. Store Delivery items can be returned to any of our stores and you will be offered an exchange or refund. Refunds will be made in store to your original payment card.

- Due to our commitment to kids fitting, Clarks Kids shoes are only available to Reserve online and pick up and pay for in store. This service is FREE and allows our trained staff to check that the shoes are a perfect fit for your child.
- Clarks kids are available for delivery in all stores
