Delivery and Returns

When shopping at Brantano.co.uk there are a range of delivery options. These are described below.

Please note that home deliveries can only be made to UK addresses. No deliveries can be made to the Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland. In some circumstances deliveries can be made to the Scottish Islands but these will be subject to increased delivery charges – please contact customercare@brantano.co.uk for a bespoke delivery charge.


Home and Store Delivery

Home Delivery:

Standard delivery - £2.95 (excluding Scottish Islands).

Home delivery products are typically despatched the next working day and take around 2-3 working days using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.Please note that a door step signature is required for Home Delivery orders.

Store Delivery (Reserve on-line, pay and collect in-store):

  Free to your local store.
  Items will arrive in your selected store within 10 working days.
  Once items have arrived in store, they will be held for 10 days.

Returns:

  Items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days providing they are returned in their original condition and with proof of purchase. This does not affect
     your statutory rights.

  Home Delivery items can be returned to your local store or Free by Collect Plus.

Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at over 5,000 local shops, and most are open early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive proof of postage, £40 insurance and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcels progress back to us. If your product is lost in transit or we have not received your return, then please provide us with a valid proof of postage and a tracking number. We will then be able to refund you the full amount that you paid.

Alternatively, you can send an SMS to 84555 stating 'COLLECT' along with your postcode. Example 'COLLECT BN23 6NZ'
 

  Providing the goods are returned within 14 days in their original condition (with all labels still attached) we will offer you an exchange or refund at your
     option. If you choose an exchange no further delivery charges will apply. If you choose a refund this will be made to your original payment card within 3 to 5
     working days. Please note that only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded, not the delivery charge. This does not affect your cancellation rights
     which are detailed in our terms and conditions.

  If there is an issue with the refund process we will contact you by email. Store Delivery items can be returned to any of our stores and you will be offered
     an exchange or refund. Refunds will be made in store to your original payment card.
 

Web Exclusive Products - Home Delivery Only

Delivery:

  Web exclusive products can only be delivered via our standard home delivery service.
  Our standard delivery option is £2.95 and made to only UK addresses. Please note, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.
  Web exclusive products are typically despatched the next working day and take around 2-3 working days to arrive using a range of different carriers.
  Please note that a door step signature is required for Home Delivery orders.
  Web exclusive products are not available for in store collection.

Returns:

  Web exclusive products can be refunded within 14 days providing they are returned in their original condition and with proof of purchase. This does not affect
     your statutory rights.

  Web exclusive products cannot be exchanged.

  Web exclusive products cannot be returned to stores.

  Web exclusive products can only be returned for FREE to our Head Office using Collect Plus.
