Refund Policy
Don't worry about changing your mind about any purchase.
Simply return the item to us within 28 days, in its original condition, with a receipt or proof of purchase, we will then exchange or refund your money in full.
In the case of purchases made by Credit Card or Debit Card; a refund to your Credit/ Debit Card account will be made.
When returning your purchase in its original condition without a receipt or any proof of purchase, we can offer you an exchange or Brantano Credit Note.
We reserve the right to request proof of address for refunds and exchanges.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required with all branded products.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
